Timothy Clark
Deakin University, VIC, Australia
- This delegate is presenting an abstract at this event.
Timothy Clark is a Professor and (recently concluded) ARC Future Fellow at Deakin University. After completing his PhD at La Trobe University in 2005, he held postdoctoral positions at the University of Adelaide and the University of British Columbia (Vancouver) before commencing as a Research Scientist at the Australian Institute of Marine Science in Townsville. He subsequently moved to Hobart to take a split position with CSIRO and the University of Tasmania, and eventually made his way back to Victoria to take his current position with Deakin. The majority of Tim’s work has focused on understanding how fish respond to environmental change and determining the physiological mechanisms that enable resilience. Much of this research uses electronic technologies to bridge the gap between lab- and field-based measurements.
